Spinf AI Assistant is designed to work seamlessly on both Windows and Mac operating systems, ensuring broad compatibility for most users. Here's what you need to get started:
Web Browser
Google Chrome: Version 119 (released in October 2023) or newer
Spinf utilizes a Chrome extension for optimal performance, so having an up-to-date Chrome browser is essential.
Other browsers are not currently supported.
Operating System
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit recommended)
Full functionality, including system-wide audio capture
macOS 10.12 (Sierra) or newer
Full functionality, except for system-wide audio capture
Note: While Spinf works great on both Windows and Mac, the ability to capture system-wide audio (sound from applications outside your browser) is currently available only on Windows systems.
Internet Connection
A stable broadband internet connection
Minimum upload speed of 20KB/s per audio stream
For optimal performance, we recommend at least 1 Mbps upload speed
Hardware
Processor: Any modern multi-core processor (Intel Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or better)
Memory (RAM): 4 GB or more (8 GB recommended for smoother multitasking)
Storage: At least 100 MB of free disk space for the extension and temporary files
Audio Input:
Built-in microphone or external microphone
Additional Notes
Permissions: You'll need to grant the necessary permissions for Spinf to access your microphone when prompted.
Firewall/Antivirus: Ensure that your security software allows Spinf to connect to the internet and access your audio devices.
Corporate Environments: If you're using Spinf in a workplace setting, you may need to consult with your IT department to ensure all necessary permissions and network access are granted.
